Shipping:

How long will it take to get my order?

The current processing time for an order is about 3-5 days. Items are shipped Monday - Wednesday. Once the package has been received by the post office, shipping times will depend on the carrier and the chosen method of shipping.


What if I need to change my address?

As long as the order has not yet shipped the address can be easily changed. If the item has already shipped, contact us ASAP to ensure a better chance of intercepting the package.


What if my package gets lost?

In the event that your package is lost during transit, we will contact the carrier with your tracking number. Reimbursement may be possible through the carrier.



Returns & Exchanges:

Can I return a product?

We do not currently accept returns on products that are used or not defective. If you are not sure if you will like a certain scent we invite you to try our travel size options.


Can I exchange a product?

If you wish to exchange a product please contact the shop. We will be able to process a one time exchange within 30 days of purchase only if the product is unused. We want to ensure you receive a scent that makes you happy!


What if my product comes defective?

We will gladly send a replacement for any item that has arrived damaged. If you have ordered more than one item and half or more of the order is damaged, we ask that you please reach out to the carrier for reimbursement.
